Sea Turtle Walks
Sea turtle nesting season is a huge deal in Martin County! Each summer, the Hobe Sound Nature Center offers a series of specially permitted walks that offer attendees the opportunity to learn about sea turtles and experience the beauty of a female Loggerhead Sea Turtle laying her eggs. Reservations are required to participate in these nighttime sea turtle walks.
Martin County Day Camps
A summer trip to Martin County is perfect for families with children. Kids of all ages can choose from a wide variety of day camps including surf camp, sailing camp, farm camp and so much more. Send the kids off to learn an exciting new skill while you and your spouse soak up the sun on one of Martin County’s many serene beaches.
Fishing Tournaments
Junior Angler Tournament
Each summer, the Stuart Sailfish Club hosts one of the largest junior tournaments on the Treasure Coast. The tournament treats children from the local community and from the two Florida Sheriff Youth Ranches in Live Oak and Bartow to a day of fishing and fun.

7th Annual Treasure Coast Bonito Blast
The coastal community of Stuart, Florida comes together every summer to honor the Wounded Warriors of South Florida at the 7th Annual Treasure Coast Bonito Blast. This annual fishing tournament includes $2,500.00 in prize money, dinners, live music, auction items and a raffle for a state-of-the art Flying Fish Paddleboard.
