Scrub Jay Hike at Jonathan Dickinson State Park

Ever seen a scrub jay up close? Join us for a guided hike on the lookout for these endemic birds. Learn about the conservation work we are doing to help these unique creatures.
Meet at the Scrub Jay Trailhead (small parking lot on the way to Pine Grove campground) 9:00 AM the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month from October – May.
If parking lot is full please park in the lot next to the Ranger Station and walk to trailhead. Reservations are not required, however if you have a large party please call 561-745-5551 so that we may plan accordingly.
Wear closed toed shoes, bring water and sun protection.
