This 1-day retreat of sound healing and art immersion offers a unique and memorable experience that promotes well-being, creativity, and personal growth. It’s a perfect way to celebrate life, connect with others, and nurture the mind, body, and soul.
Part 1: World Sound Bath Vision Journey:
A beautiful journey of sound and visions created by RN, Master Sound Healer Barbara Spaulding with over 65 world sound healing instruments. Relax in a zero-gravity lounge chair and let go with an ethereal magic carpet ride of sound-evoking beautiful visions of places, animals, beings, and magical worlds of bliss and harmony. As your brainwave state lowers you relax and slip into a deep meditative journey beginning in an idyllic garden feeling peace and unconditional love as all your worries and concerns melt away. You hear the sounds of water flowing, birds chirping, the leaves on the trees rustling in the wind, and a thunderstorm erupting. You enter an untouched ancient forest and hear the voices of its hidden creatures and the trees speaking to each other. Ancient bells and birds call to you as you take flight on the wings of a large bird. You are transported to the seaside as you hear waves, dolphins, whales, and wind chimes blowing in the summer breeze. You travel to the sacred temples of India and more. The journey continues with over 65 amazing world sound healing instruments such as the hypnotic sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls, instruments from ancient and modern cultures and countries including Egypt, Peru, India, Nepal, Tibet, China, Japan, Africa, Bali, Burma, Indonesia, Thailand, Germany, Chili, Native Americans, the Incas, and more. This is not just your average sound bath but a magic carpet ride of world sounds and visions.
Part 2: Mini Human Design and Vibroacoustic Bed Sessions
Vibroacoustics: Imagine lying on a vibrating cloud giving every cell of your body a tuning with healing frequencies and massage in stereo waves to beautiful music. Imagine feeling stress and tension melt away. Imagine hearing beautiful music and feeling every note inside of your body, vibrating and entraining every part of you inside and out: cells, muscles, tendons, organs, nerves, spinal cord, areas of the brain, and brainstem while boosting your immune system, creating more nitrous oxide in your blood, toning the vagus nerve, entraining your brain into blissful healing states of consciousness. The experience is incredibly healing and relaxing and can only be described as multi-dimensional. “Your body becomes the instrument and the bed is playing you.”
Human Design: Are you ready to unlock the keys to your authentic self? In this Introductory Human Design Session, is a personalized experience where we explore your unique energetic blueprint, combining elements of astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah, and quantum physics to create a bodygraph with your chakra system. During the session, we’ll dive into your Human Design chart to help you understand your strengths, decision-making strategies, life purpose, and how you interact with the world around you. The goal is to empower you with insights that allow you to live in greater alignment with your true self, fostering more ease, authenticity, and fulfillment in your everyday life.

Sound Healing and Guided Painting Immersion is designed specifically to overcome self-doubt and rediscover your self-worth. Through a combination of soothing sound therapy and intuitive painting, you’ll have the opportunity to release emotional blockages, shed self-limiting beliefs, and reconnect with your inner strength.
The experience incorporates therapeutic vibrations of the crystal bowls and other healing instruments while being guided step by step through a painting release of each chakra center. After the sacred burning, we will be guided to express and recreate on canvas our unique soul story and the pure energy we carry —no art experience needed.
This is more than just an event—it’s a chance to realign with the power and clarity within you.
Your Hosts:
Barbara Spaulding, RN, BSN, Certified Master Sound Healer,
Clinical Sound Therapist, Sound Healing Therapy Practitioner Teacher/Trainer, and Hypnotist.
Ms. Spaulding has over 250 hours of training and over a decade of experience in Sound Healing Therapy. In 2012 she received her certification from the Globe Sound and Consciousness Institute in San Francisco. She continued her studies with John Stuart Reid English acoustics engineer, scientist, and inventor of the Cymascope Pro, who has studied the world of sound for over 30 years investigating sound as a formative force and discovering why sound heals. Ms. Spaulding combines her years of training and experience in both Sound Therapy and Nursing to create a practice grounded in science, and the physical, mental, spiritual, and energetic principles of sound, vibration, and music. Her sound therapy sessions are a groundbreaking combination of sound healing instruments and vibroacoustic sound bed therapy.

Jen is a dedicated holistic psychotherapist and certified practitioner in therapeutic art and sound healing. She is passionate about creating an environment where therapy is not just effective but also enjoyable and empowering. Specializing in providing personalized solutions for women facing anxiety, life transitions, self-worth challenges, and self-sabotaging behaviors, Jen’s approach is centered on guiding you back to your inner power. She will help you release blockages and free yourself from the self-limiting beliefs that have been holding you back.
