“Steady & Strong” Yoga

“Steady & Strong Yoga” will be at at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church administration building, 5150 SE Railway Ave., Cove Road at Dixie Highway, Stuart on Friday, May 22 at 1 p.m.
Move, stretch and build strength in a way that feels safe and manageable.
This beginner-friendly class uses a chair for support and follows a simple standing flow to improve balance, flexibility and overall comfort in your body. No floor work required and no experience necessary.
