Spring Reset: Food, Faith, & Feeling Well

St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 5150 SE Railway Ave., Cove Road at Dixie Highway, Stuart, will host “Spring Reset: Food, Faith, & Feeling Well” in the parish hall.

The event kicks off with a retreat on Sunday, April 26, from 3 to 6 p.m., followed by five weekly Sunday sessions from 4 to 6 p.m.
Join us for a hands-on spring wellness experience featuring cooking, conversation, and simple ways to feel better together.
Throughout the series, we’ll prepare and enjoy nourishing recipes from “Eat to Beat Disease” by Dr. William W. Li, including Broccoli Stem and Oregano Soup, Walnut Pesto, Mushroom Soup, Summer Vegetable Stew, and Healthy Chocolate Mousse.
