Health information is everywhere, but it is not always clear what to trust, what to ask, or how to keep track of it all. This interactive session is designed to help you feel more confident navigating everyday health decisions.
Through hands-on activities and guided discussion, you will learn how to recognize trustworthy health information, ask better questions at your appointments, and keep your personal health information organized in a way that works for you.
You will leave with simple tools you can start using right away, including three easy ways to evaluate online health information, a personal health record template to keep everything in one place, and a list of questions to help you feel more prepared and confident when talking with your doctor.
