Join us for Explore Natural Martin’s Seasonal Birding Series, a birding adventure designed for all levels of birders! Running through April, this series showcases a variety of Florida’s unique ecosystems, each home to an exciting mix of resident and migratory birds. Whether you’re adding new species to your life list or simply enjoying the thrill of a birding adventure, this series offers the perfect opportunity to connect with nature and experience the best of birding in Martin County.
March’s program features Florida’s majestic pine flatwoods at Halpatiokee Regional Park. We’ll enjoy spotting a range of bird species, with special attention given to the fascinating lives and behaviors of Florida’s woodpeckers.

Begins at 9:00am and will last until approximately 11:00am
The length of this nature walk is about 1.5 miles across various natural surfaces, including uneven trail with sand, roots, compact dirt.
Please wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear
Bring water, sunscreen, and bug spray
Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult
No pets
All participants will be required to sign electronic waivers that will be sent out prior to the program
