Our 5th Annual Fit Fest is scheduled for Saturday, March 21st from 10am to 1pm at Guy Davis Park in Stuart. This Free event is in partnership with the Florida Department of Health’s Music and Movement Program and Treasure LINKS. Activities being offered are several fitness and health demos throughout the duration of the morning. Food Trucks and other vendors will be onsite for your enjoyment. Free Health Screenings will be available. Stay all day or drop in for any demo you wish.
