Join Florida Oceanographic Society and Paddle With Me for a special on-the-water edition of Coffee & Conservation!
We’ll begin with a discussion about Florida’s mangroves, including the different species found along our coast, their vital role in the ecosystem, the threats they face, and why protecting them matters.
Afterward, we’ll put that knowledge into action with a guided 2–2½-hour paddle through the mangrove habitat of St. Lucie Inlet Preserve State Park.
