Farm-to-Table Dinner Experience

Step into the heart of the farm for an unforgettable evening inside our beautiful Newfield Barn.
This is more than dinner—it’s a true farm-to-table celebration. The evening begins with a guided tour led by our farm team, who will walk you through our growing spaces, share the story of the season, and offer an intimate look at where your meal begins. Connect with the land, the harvest, and the care that shapes every ingredient you’ll enjoy.
From there, gather in the barn for handcrafted cocktails, live music, and time to mingle with fellow guests in a warm and welcoming setting. Then, take your seat for a thoughtfully curated seasonal menu by Taylor Wilson, owner of Palm City Social and The Gafford. Showcasing peak-harvest vegetables and ingredients gathered straight from our farm, each course reflects the rhythm of the season—fresh, vibrant, and deeply rooted in place.
It’s an evening of extraordinary flavor, shared tables, and genuine connection—where community and celebration come together inside the barn.
Dinner Menu
First Course
Chilled Sesame Lo Mein Salad: Newfield Farm baby greens and tender lo mein noodles
Tossed in a fragrant sesame–herb vinaigrette. Layered with shaved farm radish, young
carrots, sweet pineapple, edamame, and ripe avocado. Finished with Newfield herbs and warm toasted peanut crumble.
Second Course
Korean Barbecue Short Rib: Slow-braised, deeply caramelized short rib
Served over roasted Newfield carrot–ginger purée. Accompanied by braised farm bok
Choy. Finished with Chef Gary’s charred scallion and herb salad.
Dessert
Plant City Strawberries & Vanilla Mousse: Yuzu-macerated Plant City strawberries
Layered with delicate vanilla bean mousse. Finished with fresh basil and citrus essence
