Studies show what we inherently know to be true: getting outside feels good. Bonus points if it’s with a friend.
Join us for a 90-minute beginner-friendly experience combining a mindful walk through a forest in Martin County followed by a gentle yoga
What to Expect
60 minutes walking: We move at an intentional pace in the woods, pausing to notice what’s around us and within us. I’ll offer gentle prompts for reflection, but mostly we’re here to listen—to the wind, the trees, ourselves.
30 minutes yoga: We close with grounding yoga led by talented instructors from Lala Yoga. Nothing strenuous. Just movement that helps you settle back into your body.
All levels welcome. No meditation or yoga experience needed. Just bring curiosity, water, and a towel or yoga mat.
$45 per person
