As the sun begins to set on another summer, foodies from near and far are gearing up for the start of Flavor South Florida. Kicking off on September 1, this month-long celebration of culinary excellence promises to tantalize your taste buds and introduce you to some of the finest dining experiences in Martin County and beyond.
What began in 2007 as a culinary event aimed at showcasing the hidden gems of our local food scene has since blossomed into Florida’s oldest and largest restaurant month! Formerly two separate events (Flavor Treasure Coast and Flavor Palm Beach), this event has grown in both scope and prestige, attracting thousands of food enthusiasts eager to explore the diverse flavors that make this region of Florida such a special culinary destination.
What to Expect
From September 1 through September 30, participating restaurants across Martin County and across the region will offer exclusive 3-course prix fixe menus that cater to every palate. Whether you’re in the mood for Coastal American cuisine, a sizzling steak, Italian classics, French delicacies, Latin-inspired dishes, or innovative plant-based creations, you’ll find it all during Flavor South Florida. Lunch and dinner options range from $25 to $65, making it a perfect opportunity to indulge without breaking the bank.
Why September?
September is typically a slower month for dining out in South Florida, and Flavor South Florida is here to change that. By drawing attention to the incredible dining deals and unique culinary offerings available, the event supports local restaurants by bringing in more diners during this quieter season. It’s a win-win. Restaurants see a boost in business, and diners get to enjoy delicious meals at fantastic prices while discovering incredible local businesses.
