September has a way of sneaking up on us here. The ocean is still warm and inviting, but summer vacations are over and school is officially back in session across the U.S. But it’s also the month when Florida’s largest restaurant program comes back around.
Flavor South Florida runs September 1 through 30, 2026, marking the program’s nineteenth year. More than 110 restaurants are taking part across the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach County, each serving multi-course prix-fixe menus built specifically for the month. There are no tickets to buy and no passes to print. You simply book a table at a participating restaurant, order off the special Flavor menu, and pay a fixed price!
For Martin County, it means a handful of our best kitchens are cooking up delicious dishes you won’t find on their regular menu the other eleven months of the year.

Martin County’s 2026 Lineup
- Benihana (Stuart)
- Circa69 (Jensen Beach)
- Conchy Joe’s Seafood (Jensen Beach)
- Dolphin Bar & Shrimp House (Jensen Beach)
- Fantini’s Fusion Kitchen (Palm City)
- Hudson’s on the River (Stuart)
- Oak & Ember Steakhouse (Stuart)
- The Pearl (Port Salerno)
Check out the full list of 112 participating restaurants, view their menus, and download the official Restaurant Guide (which lists all the restaurants by geographic location in a pretty mini magazine).
Planning Ahead
Reserve early. Flavor has only become more and more popular along the Treasure Coast, so be sure to book your table in advance. We find that weekend tables at the waterfront spots tend to get snatched up fast.
Check the menus before you go. Every participating menu is posted on the Flavor website, but a few menus are still being finalized. It’s worth taking a peek before you arrive.
Download the app. Flavor launched a brand-new mobile app this year that organizes the full restaurant list and menus in one place, which is convenient when you’re on the go.
Do not stop at one. The prix-fixe format makes it easy to justify dining out frequently throughout the month. With lunch and dinner menus available, it’s the perfect time to eat your way through Martin County!
