09 Oct

Traverse the park with a park naturalist as your guide! Hike up to 1.5 miles of trail while experiencing the beautiful sights and sounds of the pine flatwoods at the Jensen Beach Blvd entrance to Savannas Preserve State Park. Reservations required as space is limited to 10 spots to ensure that all have a chance to hear and see what the guide is discussing. If you are unable to sign up for a particular date, it is fully booked.

The group will meet at 9 am at the Jensen Beach Blvd Pavilion located at 225 NE Jensen Beach Blvd, Jensen Beach 34957. Please bring water and sun protection. Restrooms are provided.

The hike is free with paid park admission fee of $3 per vehicle – you can purchase a one day pass online by visiting this link or you can purchase your pass at the park entrance with exact cash or via credit card using the posted QR Codes on the yellow honor box. Please write the confirmation number on the blue envelope before dropping it into the yellow box and hang the blue hanger in your windshield. If you have an annual pass, please write your pass number on the blue envelope and drop it in the box. This way Tallahassee can see how many visitors utilize our park.
