Leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. \nWhat to Expect: \n60 minutes walking: We move at an intentional pace on the beach or through the forest\, pausing to notice what’s around us and within us. I’ll offer gentle prompts for reflection\, but mostly we’re here to listen—to the waves\, the trees\, and ourselves. \n30 minutes yoga: We close with grounding yoga led by talented local instructors. Nothing strenuous. Just movement that helps you settle back into your body. \nAll levels welcome. No meditation or yoga experience needed. Just bring curiosity\, water\, and a towel. \nReservations required.
