In celebration of Thanksgiving, Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa will be hosting a Thanksgiving Feast Buffet on Thursday, Nov. 28 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at signature restaurant, Drift Kitchen + Bar. Hutchinson Shores welcomes guests to enjoy a complementary mimosa upon arrival before indulging in harvest season favorites, including a carving station serving oven roasted turkey breast with giblet gravy and orange relish, and slow roasted prime rib topped with creamy horseradish. Entree options include poached Scottish salmon, chicken franchise and wild mushroom ravioli, and are accompanied by a number of decadent seasonal sides, such as focaccia sage stuffing, Yukon whipped potatoes and candied yams with marshmallow topping to name a few. Guests choose from a melting pot of desserts, including classic pumpkin pie, pecan pie, chocolate cake or mini crème brulee.
The cost of the Thanksgiving Feast Buffet is $62 for adults and $25 for children under the age of 12. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling (772) 405-9215.
