You’re invited into the kitchen of our beautiful new farm house in a series of intimate and interactive “cooking dinners” with our resident Chef Kitty Philips. From appetizer to dessert, this menu will provide you the skills and recipes needed to create a great seafood dinner. Guests will be presented with the menu and recipes at the beginning. The dinner will then be prepared with instructions from the chef and served. Questions answered during class. The shrimp will be the main attraction tonight. You will learn to perfectly cook shrimp for use in a dish.
