For the gardener, the rewards of maintaining even a small artificial pond can yield year-round enjoyment. If you are lucky enough to have a naturally occurring wetland under your care then you know some of the benefits and challenges. Find out what’s involved in small and large-scale aquatic landscaping on November 6. Presented by the Martin County Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society, this free event is part of a series of public talks focused on landscaping with natives plants.
Pat Faehnle has specialized in aquatic environmental work for over 40 years. He is a Florida Master Naturalist, Audubon Certified Birding Naturalist, an award winning photographer, and owner of Aquatic Systems Resources in Palm City.
