Farm to Table Dinner with Chef Mark Muller of Ellie’s Downtown Deli & Catering

Enjoy a gourmet 5-course meal with wine pairings, at the fabulous Kai-Kai Vegetable Farm. You will not eat food any fresher than this! A well -seasoned chef, Mark Muller, the freshest veggies, and a setting like no other.

Enjoy Mark’s homemade creations including smoked broccoli and gruyere soup, eggplant stuffed with ground turkey and lots of special ingredients. Followed by a baby bibb salad topped with pickled beets, cherry tomatoes and more. For the main course, you will feast on Herb Crusted and Seared Halibut with smashed red queen turnips and more. AND Calabaza en tacha, a scrumptious dessert you have to taste to believe. Gourmet Galaxy will host the Wine Tasting. Delightful. The complete menu is attached and offers all the details.
