Trained at the renowned Culinary Institute of America and with 22 years’ experience in the restaurant industry, Chef Joe has foregone prepared foods, trading them for fresh ingredients that he obtains from local producers and has worked next to several world famous chefs such as, Jacques Torres, Sarah Molten, and continues to show his love and gratitude for food! “The dream of opening my own restaurant has finally come, I’m ready to feed all of my friends, family, and the entire community with some of the most creative and fun concepts that I have learned throughout my journey.”
